September in golden autumn, it is the harvest season again. The 23rd China International Optoelectronic Expo was held in Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Baoan New Hall) from September 16 to 18, 2021. The scale of the exhibition reached 160,000 square meters, gathering 3,010 exhibitors, with a total of 89,925 visitors arriving and 148,030 visitors over the three days.
In this exhibition, Huaya Intelligence carried double-slide AA equipment, internal reference calibration equipment, line body AA and other equipment in a magnificent appearance, attracting the eyes of many professional exhibitors. R & D personnel from Huawei, Hikvision, Ovation, Yutech, etc. understood the working principle and advantages of the equipment in detail with the on-site staff of HUAYA, and both sides communicated in depth for each company's specific products, which were highly permitted by many manufacturers, all of whom expressed their hope to have further cooperation with HUAYA to manufacture better camera modules.
Line AA equipment
It is a fully automatic equipment used to automatically adjust the active alignment between the lens unit and CMOS unit of the lens module. It is mainly composed of fully automatic transmission module, information entry module, dispensing module, active focusing module, UV curing module, etc. Through the nano-level precision six-axis table clamping lens unit, precision optical path with design, accurate algorithm, to achieve the best MTF imaging of the whole camera module, and the best position fixed, to complete AA focusing.
Mainly used in rear view, surround view, ADAS with various camera modules, security IPC, medical endoscopy, modules and other active focus on the core process.
Dual console AA device
Hua Ya's double-adjustment AA equipment is one of the most mature and representative equipment developed by Hua Ya for ADAS camera and UHD camera module 800W.
The traditional AA equipment adopts the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the equipment, one of the Sensor or Lens as the reference, AA the other to achieve the AA effect, due to the influence of the previous process is often a large difference between the reference and the system optical axis, with the higher camera pixels, especially the ADAS camera EFL increase, the theoretical optical axis of the traditional AA machine and the actual value of the difference is particularly calculated. The double-adjustment AA equipment adopts high-precision linkage adjustment method to ensure the best Sensor plane and correct Lens to achieve the best image clarity and the best optical axis of the module.
The equipment also adopts the dual-track parallel way, both in the camera coupling accuracy and speed have good improvement, especially in the car camera ADAS module products.
Internal reference calibration equipment
Hua Ya's calibration equipment is one of the first to achieve mass production in China, and has been recognized by many famous car module manufacturers in the industry. With the increasing popularity of ADAS, the calibration equipment has become indispensable for the ADAS camera process, which can perform calibration test for COD/PP/EFL (focal ratio) radial distortion K1 K6/tangential distortion P1-P2).
